Arvada Dental Excellence is committed to providing you the opportunity to take care of you and your family through an in-house membership plan. There are three unique plans to choose from.

Healthy Mouth Plan

This basic plan gives you what you need to help keep your teeth and gums healthy all year round.

  • 2 Cleanings Per Year
  • All X-rays
  • 2 Exams
  • 1 Emergency Exam if Needed
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • 15% off treatment (except Invisalign®)

Periodontal Care Plan

If you need a little extra dental care and to be seen more often, this is the right annual plan for you.

  • 3-4 Cleanings Per Year
  • All X-rays
  • 2 Exams
  • 1 Emergency Exam if Needed
  • 2 Fluoride Treatments
  • 15% off treatment (except Invisalign®)

Children’s Health Plan
